Quality Control is at the core of our systems and operations. At Kay-El, we constantly review and evaluate all supplier's quality control programs to ensure that merchandise is being manufactured under the appropriate quality controls and that these systems meet our high expectations.
Our quality procedures are performed to the most exacting standards. Suppliers are provided with a Kay-El Quality Manual which our skilled inspectors/technicians utilise to instruct and inform our suppliers. Our goal is to not only ensure that the overall quality of our products are consistent but to work dynamically to avoid problems and to ensure on time deliveries.
In terms of products, all comply with applicable safety standards and relevant Certificates are supplied as required. We conduct a rigorous sampling procedure (approval, testing, pre-production, production) to ensure our client's product specifications are met.

As part of our service Kay-El's technicians carry out on site tests, such as carton drop tests, physical abuse tests, burn-in tests and/or hi-pot tests if applicable. We treat the test results as reference data since the test are subject to the variation of testing conditions on site but use this data in determining the overall quality of our client's products.
